Troy Tenbrunsel, MD

Biography

Troy Tenbrunsel, MD grew up in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. In 2014, he obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. Dr. Tenbrunsel earned his medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2019 and became a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. In 2020, he completed his internship at St. Mary Mercy Hospital in Livonia, Michigan. Dr. Tenbrunsel joined the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics for his residency and abdominal imaging and intervention fellowship.

Dr. Tenbrunsel joined the Division of Community Radiology as a clinical assistant professor in 2025. His professional interests include medical education, abdominopelvic MRI, and ultrasound-guided intervention.
