Taylor Sellers, MD

Biography

Taylor Sellers grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. He obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his medical degree from Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine in 2019. He completed his internship and residency in diagnostic radiology at University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics (now University of Iowa Health Care) in 2024. During his residency, he served as chief resident and received multiple teaching awards, including Clinical Resident Educator of the Year and Medical Student Educator of the Year.

Dr. Sellers first came to the University of Wisconsin Department of Radiology as a cardiothoracic imaging fellow before joining the Section of Thoracic Imaging as an assistant professor (CHS) in 2025.

His professional interests include medical education, innovation in education, and AI/machine learning.
