Biography
Sarah LaPierre, MD grew up in Montana. While at the University of Washington, Dr. LaPierre obtained her medical degree and completed an internship in general surgery. She completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Connecticut, during which she served as chief resident.
Dr. LaPierre joined the department as an abdominal imaging and intervention fellow before becoming a clinical assistant professor in the Abdominal Imaging and Intervention Section in 2026. Her professional interests include female pelvic imaging, imaging-guided interventions, and patient centered care.
