Nancy Ann Little, MD

Biography

Nancy Ann Little, MD grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and Bozeman, Montana. After obtaining her medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine, she completed her internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center. Dr. Little joined the UW Department of Radiology as a diagnostic radiology resident in 2021 and served as chief resident from 2022 to 2024. During this time, she also represented residents on the Program Evaluation Committee and Women Professionals in Radiology. After her DR residency, she trained in interventional radiology at the University of Alabama Birmingham.

Dr. Little joined the Division of Community Radiology as a clinical assistant professor in 2025. Her professional interests include pelvic, deep venous and oncologic interventions.
