Hailey Allen, MD

Hailey Allen, MD is a musculoskeletal radiologist at the University of Utah. Hailey received her MD from Oregon Health & Sciences University and completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital & Clinics. She completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal imaging at the University of Utah. She currently serves as the director for the Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship.
