Biography
Benjamin Prout, MD grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Dr. Prout earned his medical degree from the University of North Dakota before joining UW Hospitals and Clinics for a general surgery internship, radiology residency, and fellowship in abdominal imaging and intervention. Prior to medical school, Dr. Prout worked as an engineer.
Dr. Prout joined the Division of Community Radiology as a clinical assistant professor in 2026. His professional interests include abdominal imaging, radiology workflow optimization, and process improvement.
