Primary objective
To determine if the primary tumor response in patients with IR HPV-positive
OPSCC following 2 weeks of CRT is predictive of clinical outcomes.
Secondary objective
To define the difference of the primary tumor response in patients with LR
HPV-positive OPSCC and HPV-negative OPSCC following 2 weeks of CRT
