The number of subjects scanned during this project was: 10

As a treatment for osteoarthritis, we propose to create a critical size defect in both the medial femoral condyle and trochlear groove of the stifle joint model. The MR sequence will be used to detect if articular cartilage plug is retained within the defect as well as the amount of fill of the defect (i.e. underfilling or overfilling). We will also hope to detect subchondral bone changes during the incorporation of the graft over time.
