Congratulations to Elucent Medical on taking home the grand prize of the 2014 Wisconsin Governor's Business Plan Contest. Elucent is a Madison startup that includes UW Radiology Professor Fred Lee Jr., M.D., UW Radiology/Biomedical Engineering Professor Chris Brace, Ph.D., UW Radiology Associate Professor Elizabeth Burnside, M.D., Ph.D., UW Department of Surgery Professor Lee Wilke, M.D., and UW Electrical and Computer Engineering Professor Dan van de Wiede, Ph.D. Click here to learn more about their innovative design intended for marking breast tumors for surgery.
