Fellowship Requirements

We are currently accepting applications for the one-year non-accredited fellowship for July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 

 Requirements for application are:

  • US board eligible/certified in Nuclear Medicine and/or Radiology
  • MD or DO degree required
  • Eligible to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License before the start of the fellowship

Graduates of a foreign medical school must:

  • Be board certified in their country of origin (passed ECFMG)
  • Have USMLE certifications and passed Steps 1, 2, and 3 within five years
  • Have one year of approved post-graduate training in the United States or Canada
  • Eligible to obtain a Wisconsin Medical License before the start of the fellowship

For consideration of your application, we require:

  • Application for PET/CT/Molecular Imaging Fellowship form (attached)
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Statement including career goals and professional plans
  • Three letters of recommendation including one from your Residency Director
  • USMLE Scores: Step 1, 2, 3
