Dr. Alexey Samsonov is a Medical Physicist specializing in MRI. His research interests include fast imaging, image reconstruction/processing, quantitative MRI methods for studying neurological disorders, numerical methods, and scientific computing. His current projects include development of novel MRI protocols for non-invasive assessment of multiple sclerosis (MS) disease burden and development of advanced MR angiography methods based on compressed sensing theory.
