Having Images Sent from Meriter to the UW Hospital

This is for continuation of care only.

If you have a patient that has images at Meriter the procedure to have them sent to the UW is as follows:  

1. Call Meriter file room at 417-6277 and ask them to send images (you will need to identify yourself and the reason for the release)
2. Images will be sent to UW PACS electronically
3. Once sent they are available immediately by looking the patient up by name
4. During normal business hours these patients will be linked to the UW MRN by the file room staff as soon as possible (after hours will be handled the next business day)
